While the interiors of this book were quite stable, the cover was brittle and held together with many small pieces of tape, especially along the spine.  Once the tape was removed and as many of the pieces recovered as was possible, I leafcast the cover of the book to infill the missing areas.  I reintegrated all of the original pieces I had recovered and then proceeded to inpaint the missing areas of color as needed.  Much of the inside front cover text was missing, so that was recreated as well using mechanical reproductions.  The cover was refolded and the book was reassembled.
