Triumph Adventure Comics #1

This book is the first appearance of Nelvana of the Northern Lights and while published in Canada, not only is it highly sought after, but it is extremely rare (with reportedly only 2 other known copies in existence). We are always very pleased when we are asked to work on some of the rarest material in the world. Fortunately, the owner of this copy also had a higher condition coverless copy and we were asked to switch out the interiors. The original interiors were brittle and beyond using, so treatment involved removing the staples from both copies, removing the tape from the cover, reparing and reinforcing the cover where needed, infilling the missing areas of the cover, recreation of the missing and damaged artwork, and then marrying the coverless copy with the repaired cover. Once done the entire book was then refolded and pressed.
